1.1. Ersan’s Driving School fleet driver training may consist of a combination of theory and/or practical study training sessions. Theory training sessions may be classroom based or in-car prior to the practical training session.
1.2. All in-car practical training sessions must take place in the trainer’s vehicle. It is not permissible for any training to take place in your company’s vehicles.
I shall, at all times:
2.1. Use my reasonable endeavours to provide instruction at the agreed session times.
2.2. Use my reasonable endeavours to train you to a high standard but shall not be responsible for any errors made by your drivers.
2.3. Be professional and courteous towards you, your drivers and other road users.
2.4. Act in accordance with the DVSA Code of Practice for Approved Driving Instructors (a copy of which is available at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/driving-instructor-code-of-practice/approved-driving-instructor-adi-code-of-practice).
2.5. I may alter the format of training from time to time in line with best practice and/or DVSA requirements.
2.6. Act in accordance with the law.
3.1. The drivers you submit for training must hold a valid Full UK driving licence.
3.2. Their eyesight must conform to the standard of driving eyesight rules, currently be able to read the new-style number plate (with letters and numbers 79mm in height and 50mm wide) at a distance of 20 metres.
3.3. They must always wear any relevant prescribed glasses or contact lenses.
3.4. To give a minimum of 14 days’ notice if you wish to cancel/reschedule a training session. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a cancellation fee. Please see 6.2 below for cancellation fees.
3.5. Any additional training required can be provided at an additional cost. You can obtain information on current fees from www.ersansdrivingschool.co.uk/prices.
3.6. You must inform me of any medical conditions or prescribed medication which may affect their driving ability and
3.7. If you fail to comply with one or more of sub-Clauses 3.1 to 3.6 above, I may immediately cancel one or more training sessions. If I do so, I may in my discretion still charge for the cancelled sessions.

4.2. I may change fees without prior notice, but any pre-paid sessions purchased prior to the change will not be affected.
4.3. All purchases are valid for a period of six months from purchase date.
4.4. All payments must be received within the timescale for the package you require. Failure to do so will result in training being suspended until any arrears are received.
4.5. You must pay for tuition prior to the start of your session. You can pay by bank transfer. Please arrange a bank transfer to meet the timescale for the package you require:
4.6. When requested, a receipt will be provided as proof of payment.
4.7. You cannot sell or transfer your purchased sessions to any other party.
5.1. Where applicable, those attending the initial practical training session must generate a check code and email/text this code, together with the last eight characters of their driving licence number to me no later than one week prior to their training session. This information will only be used to validate their driving licence. A check code can be generated by visiting the DVLA website https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence. Failure to provide the requested information may result in you being charged the full amount for the initial session for that candidate(s).
5.2. Those drivers attending practical training sessions must present their valid full UK driving licence to me prior to the start of their initial practical training session. They must also pass an eyesight check. Should they fail to provide their driving licence and/or fail the eyesight check, I will refuse tuition for that candidate and/or cancel their sessions you have booked with me. You may be charged the full value for the initial training session for that candidate(s).
5.3. You must notify me of any matters existing at any time that may affect their ability or entitlement to have driving tuition, for example, but not limited to, any lack or loss of a valid driving licence. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of any sessions booked and you may be charged the full value of those sessions for that candidate(s).
5.4. If I deem them unfit to attend their training session due to alcohol, drugs or illness, the tuition will be cancelled, but session fees may still apply.
5.5. You must give at least 14 days notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel a booking. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a cancellation fee. Please see 6.2 for cancellation fees.
5.6. I will not be held responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to cancellation of a lesson through driving instructor illness or vehicle breakdown.
5.7. I will reschedule your session at no extra cost to a date and time convenient to us both.
6.1. You may cancel any lesson during the 14-day period after I accept the booking.
6.2. You may cancel any booked training session prior to the start date and receive a refund of the following amount:
Cancel a training session with more than 14 days notice prior to start date: 100% refund
6.3. If the booking includes any session on a date which is before the end of that period and if you have requested that I provide that session and I do so, you may not cancel that session and you must pay for it.
6.4. If you cancel any session and you have already made any payment to me, I will refund the payment to you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation less the amount due for any session that you have received.
7.1. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9.1. It is my intention to provide you with a service that delights you and fully meets your needs. In the unlikely event that I do not meet your expectations, in the first instance, please email me at ersan@ersansdrivingschool.co.ukwithin five working days outlining your complaint. I will endeavour to deal with your complaint within ten working days of receipt.
